Buckin' Alley Dance - July 29th On Saturday, July 29th (the night before the Dore Alley Street Fair) we bring you "Buckin' Alley"--an evening of non-stop country-western dancing for the LGBT community. It all gets started at 8:00 pm at the Cathedral Hill Hotel (1101 Van Ness Ave) in San Francisco with the party continuing until at least 1:00 am. Admission is $10 (free admission for new and existing GSGRA members). "Country Sale" at the Buckin' Alley - July 29th Do you have some sharp country-western shirts in your closet you don't wear any longer? Do you have a pair or two of Wranglers that just don't fit you the way they used too? Ready to trade-in some boots, belts, or buckles? Well... here's your chance. At the Buckin' Alley dance this Saturday night we're setting up a special "Country Sale" in the lobby. Attendees to the dance will have a chance to shop for some new wears and you'll have an opportunity to benefit the rodeo by donating your items. Just bring stuff with you (preferably clean!) to the dance and drop it off at the store. Your donations are, of course, tax deductable! "Up Your Alley" Street Fair - July 30th On Sunday, July 30th summer in the city gets a whole lot hotter with the ever-popular "Up Your Alley" street fair. The Bay Area Chapter is thrilled to once again be hosting a beverage booth at the fair. To all who have volunteered to help in this year's booth, thank you! Look for all of us at the fair on Folsom St. near 9th! Or kick back with a nice tall drink and enjoy watching all of those that do.
