Latest Chapter News Tuesday, June 20, 2006 We just learned that our contingent will be #21 in this Sunday's pride parade in San Francisco. In case you didn't realize... this is big news. It's a "prime time" slot in a parade that almost always has 200 or more contingents. This is exciting news, but it also means we really need you more than ever. If you can possibly catch one of the remaining few contingent monitor training sessions, please do. If you can join us for the float building party on Saturday, we'd love to have you. And by all means... cowboy up, bring yourself and a couple of friends, and join us on Sunday morning in our parade contingent. Read on for complete news... SF Pride Float Building Party Join us for the fun when we build and decorate our special float for this year's San Francisco Pride Parade. The float building will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 24th at Pier 27 in San Francisco. Look for us inside at the back of the pier. The more people we have, the better... so bring a couple of friends! See you there. SF Pride Parade Monitor Training In order to have a float and contingent in the San Francisco Pride Parade, we need as many of you as possible to attend a special "Pride Parade Monitor Training." It's only about an hour long, it's easy, it's entertaining, and it's absolutely crucial for us to do. Even those of us that have been through it before, must take the training again. If you haven't been already, please pick from one of the remaining few trainings available and let Doug Graff, our VP of Administration, know that you're attending by emailing vpadmin@bayarearodeo.com Available Parade Monitor Training dates/locations:
