Latest Chapter News Tuesday, February 27, 2007 Another Great Meeting! The chapter meeting a couple of weeks ago was another meeting with great attendance and participation by many members. Thank you to everyone that made it. There was some very lively, productive conversation in our Open Forum and we took care of a good amount of important business. Thank you to Marlena for graciously offering your basement for our meetings over the past few years. You're support of gay rodeo has always been tremendous! Now Meeting at the Center! In March we're moving our monthly chapter meetings to a new location--The LGBT Center in San Francisco. The location was chosen based on feedback from many members and we think you're all going to enjoy meeting there. We hope you can make the first meeting there on March 13th as it's going to be an important one. We'll be working to bring our beneficiary selection process to a close and will continue with the new Open Forum format of the meetings. All members are encouraged to attend! Congratulations Chika! Longtime member, former rodeo royalty, and our Bar Manager for last year's Best Buck in the Bay... Chika (aka Phillip Evans) now holds the prestigious title of Empress of San Francisco! It was a great campaign, a wonderful performance at last week's coronation, and the chapter couldn't be more proud. Well done! Chika, we look forward to working closely with you and your court throughout the year.
